Rabia Farhang, Founder

Change agent and strategic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. Worked with early stage as well as high growth & turnaround organizations to drive business transformation in retail, consulting and nonprofit sectors. Led teams in product & design strategy, supply chain and financial management. Global nomad with a passion to create positive impact for underserved communities.

Our collective was created as a coming together of experts across multiple functions and industries. We are agile and flexibe and bring our operational and leadership expertise from non-profits, consulting, finance and retail to help build operational and financial sustainable organizations.
